Job Description:
Great opportunity with a fast growing office. We are seeking a
energetic Office Manager with the ability to work in accounting
processes. M-F with some overtime as needed. In this position, your
experience will assist with:
* Oversee/delegate/assist with Reception duties
* Process payroll and related items, ie 401k, wage garnishments,
terminating pay, taxes(CPA processes qtr and year end taxes)
* Billing/Receivable
* Weekly or semi-monthly and monthly invoices and or statements for
clients
* Aging, collections if needed
* Process payables on a timely basis
* Handle Insurance
* 401k
