A company is looking for an Accounting Team Leader (Client
Services) to join their innovative team.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and guide a team of 8-10 accounting professionals
Lead weekly team meetings to address client issues and manage
workloads
Oversee client meetings and ensure satisfaction through feedback
and performance reviews
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in a client services accounting role
Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller
Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or NetSuite, as well as Excel
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
