Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Aid Advisor who evaluates,
approves, and awards financial aid to students.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial needs of students and provide advice on financial
aid opportunities and eligibility
Review and assess financial aid applications, ensuring compliance
with federal and state regulations
Conduct workshops and provide information to students and families
regarding financial aid policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Preferred bachelor's or associate degree with four years of related
experience
Broad knowledge of federal financial aid programs and recordkeeping
requirements
General knowledge of accounting practices and data processing
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in standard Microsoft Office software products
