Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
Contact high-risk and delinquent accounts to resolve delinquency
and prevent losses
Develop collections methods to achieve or exceed financial
goals
Process repayments and refunds, and handle internal escalations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
2+ years of customer service or collections experience
Proficiency with database software and MS Office Suite
preferred
Previous collections experience preferred
Knowledge of billing procedures and collections techniques
preferred
