Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to lead
external documentation efforts for their Platform as a Service
(PaaS) offering.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for PaaS
offerings, including SDKs and CLI tools
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure
documentation meets user needs
Create persona-driven content that enhances the ability of
developers and partners to leverage PaaS solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of technical writing experience, particularly with PaaS
products or developer-oriented documentation
Proven experience in managing documentation for complex APIs, SDKs,
and developer tools
Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and modern data
stack
Experience working within platform as a service ecosystems
Ability to proactively identify documentation needs based on
engineering projects
