Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Engineering: Adoption to
lead engineering efforts and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute goals within the adoption solution area, ensuring
alignment with company objectives
Drive goal-setting initiatives and monitor delivery across teams,
addressing obstacles as needed
Develop a vision for the future of the area and inspire
collaboration among teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5
years in leadership roles
Demonstrated excellence in building public-facing UX in an
enterprise setting
Proven track record of driving organizational excellence
Deep understanding of modern UX stacks and web technologies
