A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer, ITSM US
(Spanish and Portuguese Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
Specialize in ITSM offerings, designing and optimizing solutions
for enterprise customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer
journey and align account plans
Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to
customers and prospects
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with
mid-market/enterprise customers
Experience in selling ITSM solutions
Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
Ability to interpret complex business problems and deliver
value-based solutions
Comfortable in both business and technical contexts, engaging with
diverse audiences
