Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer,
Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide solutions to customers to ensure their success with the
products
Troubleshoot customer environments and actively engage in triaging
issues
Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems while enhancing
customer documentation
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience with large, complex SaaS infrastructures
operating at scale
Commercial experience managing Kubernetes clusters
Experience with production distributed systems on major cloud
providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Strong Linux experience and knowledge of operating and monitoring
distributed systems
Experience with observability tools and handling customer
issues
