Job Description:
Under the direction of owners and supervisors, perform assigned
responsibilities to ensure timely service, profitable operations,
and success at Agnes Restaurant & Cheesery.
Responsibilities and Span of Authority:
* Revenue:
--- Manage revenue goals through creative strategies in the
reservation platform,
--- Communicate and manage FOH labor departments to meet budgetary
goals.
* Labor:
--- Meet labor budget goals by monitoring times, job codes, and
payroll,
--- Reconcile and audit tip pool, cash, and POS reporting.
* Beverage:
--- Maximize revenue goals for all beverage categories,
--- Review weekly sales to formulate sales strategies and recommend
product rotation, purchasing, and pricing.
--- Meet targeted COGs for the beverage program.
