apply.Position SummaryHighly autonomous in nature, the Resident
Director sets and carries out the programmatic vision for a
residential facility and oversees the residential team in
supporting the mission and goals of the department.
Responsibilities include training and supervising students and
staff, programmatic implementation, student conduct, government
advising, counseling, and crisis response (active duty coverage).
Create positive working relationships with colleagues, students,
and Housing partners. This is a year-round, live-in residence
position.Salary & Compensation*UCLA provides a full pay range.
Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior
experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and
certifications, and other business considerations. Salary offers at
