Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Implementations to
oversee the implementation lifecycle and enhance operational
efficiency in home care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Set strategic goals and manage resources for client onboarding and
franchise training
Drive process transformation to streamline implementations and
reduce disruptions
Lead and mentor senior managers while developing training and
communication plans
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in project or program management with a
customer-facing component
2+ years of direct team management experience
Proven success in leading large-scale projects focused on client
onboarding and operational efficiency
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, tech-driven
environment
Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
