Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Capture Manager focusing on the
State/Local Government and Education (SLED) markets across the
United States.
Key Responsibilities
Lead capture team efforts in collaboration with internal
stakeholders to secure business opportunities
Develop and implement strategies for a qualified pipeline of
national contract opportunities
Research market trends and customer needs to inform capture
strategies and proposal responses
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or military
experience
At least 3 years of experience in capture management or business
development in the Public Sector
Experience with SLED government compliance requirements and
acquisition policies
Proven ability to manage large-scale RFP responses
Experience navigating market intelligence tools for contract
capture strategies
