Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead
and grow the engineering organization for public sector digital
services.
Key Responsibilities
Drive organizational planning and strategy for the engineering
practice, including leadership recruitment
Define and implement talent strategies to attract, grow, and retain
engineering staff
Collaborate with business development and program leadership to
secure mission-aligned contracts
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience,
including 3+ years as a senior partner or executive
Experience in scaling engineering organizations to 400 staff and
beyond
Proven track record of delivering business results in
rapidly-scaling companies
Experience managing business dynamics in a professional services
firm
Capacity to build strong working relationships at all leadership
levels
