Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead
their engineering organization and drive technical vision and
execution of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering teams in designing, developing, and deploying
scalable SaaS and on-premise software solutions
Define and implement the overall engineering strategy aligned with
business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business
requirements into a technical roadmap
Required Qualifications
10+ years of engineering leadership experience in SaaS and
on-premise software development
Expertise in cloud architecture, microservices, and APIs
Proven experience leading large-scale engineering teams in a
high-growth environment
Strong technical knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and
DevOps practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field; advanced degree is a plus
