Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Development Manager to
enhance the performance of home improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the performance and effectiveness of existing and new
programs
Lead the development, planning, and implementation of new
initiatives
Analyze business processes and seek ways to optimize efficiency
across projects
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Experience in home improvement, retail, project management, or
merchandising preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
simultaneously
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment
Computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite
