Job Description:

A company is looking for a Coding Implementation Manager to oversee client implementations and ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for HCC coding clients and related projects
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration for clients
Provide training and support to clients during the implementation process and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support teams


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, information technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or implementation management, preferably in healthcare or medical coding
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, sales, and development
Familiarity with HCC coding, risk adjustment, and healthcare data systems
Strong knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
