Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to provide
post-implementation support for Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate business process review workshops and analyze client
business requirements
Document release roadmaps and manage user acceptance testing
Establish trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders to
ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
4+ years of analysis, design, and configuration experience with
Salesforce
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud
and Service Cloud
Experience in Agile project methodology and tools, preferably
JIRA
Salesforce Administrator certification is required
Additional certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant or CPQ
Specialist are preferred
