or Santa Barbara, CAThe RoleUGG is looking for a strategic thinker
and energetic teammate to drive the approach, development and
oversight of Global Brand Partnerships and Collaborations.
Responsible for generating heat and energy into an iconic brand and
its franchises, this person will work with key stakeholders across
the globe to identify authentic and relevant partners and
opportunities tied to brand stories, marketing plans and product.
They will then act as the primary contact, driving the creation of
brand stories and limited-edition product collaborations, executing
multi-faceted, integrated marketing campaigns and driving

primary functions of this role include but are not limited to:
- Establishes and implements a global partnership and
collaborations strategy that enhances Brand franchises, elevates
icons, amplifies stories, and creates demand in market.
- Determines partners based on strategy, objectives, criteria,
and industry trends.
- Initiates conversations with prospective partners and prepares
pitch decks and materials.
- Maintains relationships with new and existing partners.
- Partners with design and PD on product collaborations, oversees
the product development process, ensuring all parties are
satisfied.
- Leads marketing conversations between partner and Brand to plan
and execute launch, including content, campaigns, social media and
PR.Who You Are
- Strong communication abilities, written and verbal
- Ability to lead global teams in development and execution of
global plans
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills for direct reports, also
possesses strong ability to lead cross-functional and
cross-regional partners through influence
- Understands dynamic and global business organizations; can
navigate across sales channels and communications platforms to
provide strategic recommendations and action plans that will drive
brand awareness and esteem across multiple consumer touch
pointsWe'd love to hear from people with
- 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in fashion or
consumer products
- Footwear industry experience is a strong plus
- Understanding of the cultural zeitgeist, consumer trends and

$165,000The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum
target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA
location. Individual pay will be determined by location and
additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and
