Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Change Management
Specialist (Contractor in Poland).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive
Salesforce adoption
Design and implement comprehensive training programs and deliver
hands-on training sessions
Develop and manage a targeted communication plan for stakeholders
during the Salesforce implementation process
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in change management, training, and
communications, preferably in technology or Salesforce-related
roles
Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives and
training programs
Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
(e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR)
Familiarity with Salesforce functionalities, user roles, and
processes
Proficiency in developing and delivering training materials for
diverse audiences
