Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Onboarding
to lead the implementation and integration of solutions for B2B
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Onboarding and Solutions Engineering Managers to
cultivate a high-performance culture
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the onboarding
experience and improve customer satisfaction
Ensure timely delivery of integration projects while managing
technical challenges and aligning solutions with customer needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in technical onboarding, integrations, or
project management within B2B SaaS environments, including 2 years
in a leadership role
Strong technical background with experience in integration tools
and technologies (e.g., APIs, data exchange protocols)
Proven experience in revamping onboarding processes with a focus on
automation and efficiency improvements
Strong organizational and project management skills, with
experience managing complex technical projects
