Own the Commercial success for the Chronic Care Management (CCM)
business
Execute plans for channel leverage and collaborate with sales teams
to identify market opportunities
Coordinate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and
track performance metrics
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in leading Commercial Success in Chronic
Care Management
Strong understanding of the selling process
Experience in management consulting
Proven ability to partner with sales and client success teams to
maximize revenue
Experience in the healthcare technology industry is highly
preferred
