McRory Pediatric Services strives to provide quality, evidence-based therapy services in a nurturing & supportive environment as needed to help our clients reach their fullest potential.We are looking for a full-time, dynamic, creative and committed Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary therapy team comprised of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, behavior analysts, child development specialists, behavior technicians and marriage & family therapists at our Valencia and Tarzana locations. Position entails a flexible work schedule, providing individual services to children ages birth to 18 years of age with varying disabilities.Duties: Administer evaluations and assessments Provide parent education and support Collaborate with team members Develop treatment plans and provide direct treatment to various client populations Meet treatment requirements of various funding sourcesMinimum Requirements: Previous pediatric treatment experience required Must have a reliable car, proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license Proof of immunization records and TB required CPR certification is preferred Must have graduated from an accredited OT masters or doctorate program Certification through NBCOT required State licensure through California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT) requiredDesirable candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well as part of a team, strong written and verbal communication skill.
