Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Certified Pharmacy
Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient outreach to collect payments and coordinate payment
plans
Review account billing for accuracy and communicate changes with
patients
Handle customer service calls to ensure accuracy and address
patient satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Education
Must be 18+ years of age and have a high school diploma or GED
If no prior pharmacy experience, must register with the Ohio Board
of Pharmacy and obtain certification within one year
Prior pharmacy technician experience with medication billing is
preferred
Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and
registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy is preferred
Able to work a full-time schedule, Monday - Friday, from 9:00 AM to
5:30 PM
