Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery Job Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-hour (18:45 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off once per two-week pay period Experience: Minimum of 2 years required; first-timers accepted License: Valid state license required; specific requirements may apply Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BCLS, NRP, FHM Must-Have: - Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting Job Description: - Facility conducts approximately 230 deliveries per month - Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2 - Position can require floating between similar units; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment - Open to accommodating block schedules at manager discretion - Completion of required modules pre-start and annually - Orientation includes 40 hours - On-call is not required - Providers may be supplied with communication devices; or compensated for work-related cell phone use by the agency - All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state Apply today to join a dedicated team in a dynamic labor and delivery environment.
