This role will implement the design concepts that are developed by the Page team and the Owner.

• Participate in driving decisions regarding planning & design concepts.
• Coordinate the project team in producing PD & SD presentation drawings reflecting Page's planning and design.
• Manage client expectations in relation to approved program and budget.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Participate in professional organization activities.
• Participate in business development opportunities for the firm including assisting in responses to RFPs, making project presentations, calling on prospects, networking, writing articles and participating in professional seminars.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • At least 15 years of experience.
  • Registered architect in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Should have a strategic orientation.
  • Possesses analytical thinking skills.
  • Is a conceptual thinker with design sensitivity.
  • Is adaptable and objective.
  • Ability to confront peers, subordinates and clients constructively.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Has good team management skills.
  • Has good oral communication/presentation, writing skills, public speaking and can facilitate meetings with clients/users.
  • Has good client management skills.
  • Has good technical knowledge.
  • Has initiative.
  • Developed leadership skills.
  • Working knowledge of life safety and building codes.
  • Has a grasp of fundamentals and knowledge of theoretical and practical developments in the field of healthcare architecture.
  • Is proficient with REVIT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Has strong graphic presentation skills.
