Job Description:
A company is looking for a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist
(NY License) to provide evidence-based care for pregnant and
postpartum patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one virtual care visits and conduct behavioral
health screenings for patients
Establish individualized care plans and develop wellness goals
based on evidence-based standards
Document care interactions and collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to meet patient needs
Required Qualifications
Independently licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC for at least
5 years
Completed the NCMHCE and/or NCE with at least 120 hours of clinical
supervision
5-8 years of experience providing therapy services in a hospital or
healthcare practice
Experience with perinatal mental health care, including mood and
anxiety disorders
Understanding of birth inequity and structural racism's impact on
maternal health
