Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Assistant in the healthcare
sector, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to healthcare providers to validate information
and follow up on outstanding contracts
Send out provider contracts/applications and maintain accurate
records of all outbound communication
Track and update provider information in internal systems and
support the contract lifecycle
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
Experience in the provider space (e.g., provider data, provider
outreach, provider contracting)
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Access
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Must be able to work Pacific Time (PST) hours
