About the JobPrivate Listing is seeking a highly skilled and
experienced Manager or Assistant General Manager to join their
team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be
responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the
restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving
business growth.Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a high-performing FOH team to deliver
exceptional service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize service standards,
drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the GM to provide support and guidance to the
team, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and scheduling, ensuring efficient
use of resources and minimizing costs.
- Ensure a positive work culture that aligns with company values
and promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance
team skills and knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and sanitation,
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and control costs, identifying opportunities to improve
efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive
feedback to improve employee performance.Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Assistant General
Manager or 4+ years as a Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage
Manager, Dining Room Manager, FOH Manager, or Hospitality Manager
in a full-service, upscale, high-volume restaurant or comparable
concept.
- Passion for food and beverage, with excellent knowledge of menu
items and service standards.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills,
with ability to motivate and engage a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability
to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and
suppliers.
- Ability to work a mix of days, nights, and weekend shifts, with
flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, with ability
to analyze data and make informed decisions.What We Offer
