**Seeking Experienced Sous Chefs**

--- Sous Chef for upscale dinner-only restaurant with growth
potential (base salary $65K-$85K)
--- Sous Chef for open-fire fueled restaurant with the city's best
chef (starting base salary up to $72K)
--- Executive Sous Chef to take over a Westside restaurant, running
the show, with opportunities for first Chef role (must know cost
controls and open fire cooking)
