Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead, Allied Clinical Staffing
Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and performance of the team to meet goals
and KPIs
Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members for
improvement and growth
Facilitate communication between the team and upper management to
enhance performance and address challenges
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting,
or a revenue-generating role
At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA/AS or BA/BS degree
preferred
5+ years of experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting
preferred
Mentorship and leadership experience with demonstrated success in
improving team performance
