Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Technical Support and Data
Migration Specialist (B2B SaaS).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via email and assist with
inquiries related to the software
Serve as the primary contact for data migration inquiries, ensuring
accuracy and integrity of data transfers
Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience and
support data migration efforts
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as tech
support or clinical treatment
Clinical experience in a healthcare environment (e.g., physical
therapist, rehab technician)
Knowledge of e-clinical systems and technologies (e.g., EMR,
CRM)
Experience in data management or medical billing operations is
preferred
Proficiency in Excel is a plus
