We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join Snap Inc! As
a key contributor to our Monetization (Ad Platform) org, you will
take ownership of engineering operations and excellence to monitor,
detect and improve various aspects of infra and product
performance.
Working from one of our three West Coast locations, you'll utilize
your technical expertise, engineering and program management skills
to recognize issues and risks, provide expert solutions to tough
problems, drive scheduled completion and ensure operational
excellence. Some of the key areas that the Technical Program
Manager will drive will include Infrastructure cost, service
availability, budget A/B experiments, Spendwatch on call and
revenue investigations..

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which
determines the salary range for the position. The successful
candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related
skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market
conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary
range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the
future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $202,000-$303,000
annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $192,000-$288,000
annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $172,000-$257,000
annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
