Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Corporate Legal
Counsel.
Responsibilities:
Draft and review employment-related legal documents and provide
legal guidance to HR and business partners
Assist with litigation and manage employment disputes while
maintaining relationships with outside counsel
Advise on immigration matters and develop training for employees on
relevant legal topics
Requirements:
12-16 years' experience as an attorney with both law firm and
in-house experience
Tactful with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Commercial acumen with a focus on business-oriented outcomes
Highly collaborative with the ability to manage projects involving
multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt
