Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Lawyer specializing in
private equity for a 3-month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive vendor due diligence for asset sales,
identifying potential legal risks and liabilities
Provide legal advice to clients on regulatory compliance, corporate
governance, and transaction structuring
Collaborate with financial and commercial teams to ensure alignment
during the due diligence process
Required Qualifications:
Expertise in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions
Experience with due diligence processes
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and corporate
governance
Ability to work collaboratively with financial and commercial
teams
Updated knowledge of changes in corporate law and regulations
affecting asset sales
