Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Attorney to oversee
litigation and staff management in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Directly manage and develop attorneys across various states while
maintaining a partial caseload
Provide legal consultation and performance reviews for staff
counsel attorneys
Review case law and assist in strategic planning for the
department
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor Degree
Minimum 10 years of related work experience with extensive trial
and litigation experience
Valid license to practice law, preferably in multiple states
Demonstrated ability to manage and evaluate the work of others
Willingness to learn laws of other states and areas of practice
