Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will collabroate with business
leaders to identify and implement effective hiring strategies that
align with organizational goals. They will focus on building
long-term talent pipelines, leveraging market insights, and
optimizing recruitment processes to attract top-tier
candidates.Client DetailsOur client is a high-growth food and
beverage company. They have locations across the U.S. and Canada.
This position reports into the Los Angeles office in Culver City
two to three times a week. The role reports into the Director of TA
and does not have direct reports. Description
- Collaborates with department leaders to understand workforce
needs and align hiring strategies with business objectives.
- Develops and manages talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow
of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Leverages market trends, data analytics, and competitive
insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Acts as a consultant to hiring managers, providing guidance on
best practices, candidate experience, and diversity
recruitment.
- Drives employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and
enhance the organization's presence in the job market.Profile
- Strong Relationship Builder: Able to foster partnerships with
business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates to align talent
acquisition with strategic business goals.
- Data-Driven & Analytical: Skilled in using data insights and
market trends to drive decisions and optimize recruiting
strategies.
- Adaptable & Results-Oriented: Thrives in a fast-paced
environment, able to manage multiple priorities while delivering
high-quality results and meeting hiring targets.

Offer
- Base salary of $130K - $145K depending on candidate's
experience and an annual bonus
