Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Pacific
Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service to members, partners, and
staff
Administer Tier 1 Support by resolving issues related to software
and products
Contribute to technical documentation and facilitate training for
users
Required Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of Tessitura software and product suite
Experience in call center or customer service roles
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual
environment
Willingness to focus on customer satisfaction and advocate for the
customer experience
Capacity to explain complex concepts to users with varying
technical understanding
