Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Member Services to oversee
member support and assist with complex inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to phone inquiries and resolve issues using available
resources
Educate staff and callers to minimize repeat inquiries and ensure
issue resolution
Perform quality control on legal documents and evaluate Help Desk
representatives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent relevant work experience
A minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or related internal
department
Proficiency with MS Windows and keyboard skills
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
