Position: Japanese Bilingual Tax Intern
Location: Fully Remote
Work Hour: 30 hours per week
Industry: CPA Firm
Pay: $20.00 per hour - do not negotiable
Overview:
A mid-sized CPA firm with over 300 employees is currently seeking a
highly motivated Japanese Bilingual Tax Intern. This role involves
working under experienced CPAs to perform directed tax returns. The
company offers comprehensive remote training, making it an
excellent entry point to kickstart your CPA career, with potential
for a full-time staff position based on performance within 6-12
months.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Include but are Not
Limited to:
Preparation of individual, corporate, and partnership tax
returns.
Consultation on technical matters and special projects across
corporate tax, GAAP risk assessment, and SOX compliance.
Address inquiries from Federal and State tax authorities.
Conduct research on various tax matters, ensuring up-to-date
knowledge.
Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their
operations and business objectives, applying this knowledge during
engagements.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in Japanese.
Must have passed the CPA exams.
Self-motivated individuals seeking to develop a career as a
CPA.
Ability to work remotely is required.
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the
base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this
position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or
below the range based on various factors including, but not limited
to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
