Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Researcher II to lead end-to-end
research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and data
analysts to identify research questions
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies,
including interviews and usability tests
Analyze research data to identify trends and actionable insights,
presenting findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as a full-time user researcher
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
Experience with research involving PHI and sensitive
populations
Passion for impactful research and collaboration with partners
Curiosity and resourcefulness in research practices
