Job Description:
A company is looking for a Per Diem, Remote,
Hematopathologist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic interpretation of biopsy and cytology
material
Participate in quality control and assurance procedures
Provide expertise to technologists and assist with case issues
Required Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in Anatomic and
Clinical Pathology and Hematopathology preferred
At least five years of attending level experience in
hematopathology
Active or eligibility for an unrestricted Medical License in
Florida; eligibility for NY, CA, and TX is a plus
Experience using an automated laboratory information system
(LIS)
