Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to
address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone
calls
Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for
information
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support
or call center experience
Technology-driven with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and
Word
Document manipulation experience
Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
