A company is looking for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Advocate
I - Spanish Speaking.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to routine inquiries from members and providers in a timely
manner
Resolve basic problems and mitigate complaints during initial
contact
Document all communications for quality and performance
tracking
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Entry-level position with little or no previous experience
required
Experience with multitasking using multiple systems preferred
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory
Must reside in North Carolina, Kansas, or Iowa
