Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding technical assistance via phone, email, and
chat
Build expertise in the software and private markets to guide
customers effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement
customer solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or a
related field preferred
2+ years of professional experience in a relevant setting
Strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn new skills
Ability and openness to work London business hours as needed
