Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to
provide support and services to students and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a resource for students and clients regarding products,
services, and compliance regulations
Promptly respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats while
maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
Troubleshoot and resolve student concerns or complaints,
documenting and escalating issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of service experience in a customer support or relations
role
Familiarity with internal IT and business systems
Proficiency in MS Office and Gmail
Ability to learn core product lines and adapt to changes in
workload and processes
