Job Description:
A company is looking for a Plan Manager-Plan Termination
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between clients, Operations, and Call Center for
processing and participant communications
Resolve service and communication issues through direct contact
with sponsors and internal functional units
Coordinate the plan termination/liquidation process and facilitate
consultative discussions with plan sponsors and customers
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Experience in customer service
Knowledge of EASE record-keeping systems is preferred
Understanding of contribution and/or distribution processing is
desired but not mandatory
