Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Coordinator, Contact
Center.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver, design, implement, and evaluate training programs to
enhance performance and meet business needs
Analyze training effectiveness and impact on client service
experience and quality metrics
Collaborate with instructional designers to maintain and improve
development programs
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of client support experience in a high-volume Contact
Center with 2+ years in a Training role
At least 1 year of training delivery experience in a formal or
informal setting
Proficient in MS Office tools and eLearning development tools
High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and performance management
skills
