Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCM Authorization
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive insurance authorization services
Crosstrain to support various authorization areas including
verification and pre-certification
Use reports to resolve pending, denied, or appealed accounts with
insurance payers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Two years of experience in a customer-facing role or an Associate's
Degree with one year of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
Demonstrated PC skills
Ability to handle multiple accounts in high-volume insurance
verification processes
