Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate II, Direct Access (Core
Ops).
Key Responsibilities
Finalize provider onboarding steps using Salesforce and Zendesk
within 2 business days of credentialing approval
Support providers in updating their account information and assist
with seasonal tax preparation
Conduct reviews of contracted provider invoices and contribute to
improving workflows
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service, provider relations, and/or
administrative experience
1+ year experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce
Experience in data entry is preferred
