Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Loan Underwriter I.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and make decisions on consumer lending loan requests in
accordance with policies
Identify and mitigate risks associated with lending by staying
current on industry trends
Ensure accurate loan applications by verifying income and reviewing
credit scores
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college
preferred
Minimum of two years' experience in consumer loan origination
required
Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word,
Excel, and Teams
Ability to work remotely efficiently in a fast-paced
environment
Must be able to perform basic physical tasks related to office
work
